The shoe is appropriately named because of the matte/shiny dual finish styling. I'm guessing the Modern Times was the inspiration for the popular Jaguar Shoe

We think the Modern Times is a terrific hook up with the Parisian Ensemble. The lines on the top of the shoe continue the theme of the pinstripe in the tuxedo fabric.

If you prefer a brand new pair of shoes, go to the Modern Celebration. They changed the name because the new version is roomier. Not a bad modification.
